Description

  • Method Development: Develop and optimize analytical methods for testing raw materials, intermediates, and final products, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Testing and Analysis: Conduct routine and specialized testing using techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and titration to support product development and quality control.
  • Stability Studies: Perform stability testing and assessments to determine product shelf life and recommend storage conditions.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to analytical methods, instruments, or testing processes, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed analytical development documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), test results, and reports for internal and regulatory review.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all analytical methods and processes comply with relevant industry regulations, including GMP, GLP, and ICH guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality control, and production, to support the successful development and scale-up of new products.
  • Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret test data, preparing technical reports to communicate findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Training: Train and mentor junior analysts or team members in proper analytical techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
