Description

  • To Head & manage the complete plant operations including Manufacturing activities, R & D & commercial activities.
  • Preparation of annual production budget to meet the Corporate Business Plan.
  • To implement and monitor WHO, USFDA, MHRA, GMP and such improvement initiatives.
  • Deciding on a monthly production plan by allocating the resources optimally.
  • Increase production, assets capacity while minimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.
  • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations of the plant.
  • Plant Maintenance & Administration.
  • Process Cost Reduction.
  • To address All issues related to Production, Maintenance, Environment Safety and Health, Quality Control And Quality Assurance, Purchase, Store And Material Management, Human Resource And Administration, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations Legal And Security, Liaison with Government Authority Local body, State Government And Central Government related day to day issue with the help of appropriate concerned departmental heads.
  • Conduct day to day regular and special meetings for site Management.
  • Improve Productivity / Yield by providing necessary resources, coordination and guidance.
  • Ensure efficient (in terms of cost and quality) and timely absorption of new technologies in order to improve product offering as per site objectives and customer requirements.
  • Align plant-level functions and initiatives to collaborate and integrate of efforts to achieve common goals.
  • Ensure that adequate resources are provided for the efficient running of the plant.
  • Conduct day-to-day regular and special meetings for site Management.
  • Improve Productivity / Yield by providing necessary resources, coordination and guidance.
  • Responsible to identify and engage Qualified, Experienced, Dynamic and Talented manpower for plant growth.
  • Should be able to handle day-to-day challenges.
  • Should take charge of the New Project if any.
  • Should be able to handle Client Audit successfully. Should have adequate experience in handling audits.
  • Review the plant status of all departments Day to Day, every week And Month and send reports to Managing Director and prepare monthly reports for Management Review Meeting (MRM)
