Description
- Responsibility collecting all the Admin service invoice from vendors.
- Responsible preparing the expenses report along with the comparison statement.
- Monitor on Admin expenses and manage the invoice for timely submission.
- Track the bill submission and payments.
- Coordinate with team and support for PR creation
- Follow up with purchase team on creation of PO copies for Admin service invoice.
- Follow up with finance team on payment.
- Monitor breakfast, evening snacks, dinner & midnight snacks.
- Prepare expenses report and generate MIS report.
- Coordinate with support team and provide welcome kit for new joiners.
