Description
- Oversee general office administration and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and track usage.
- Handle incoming/outgoing communications (emails, calls, couriers).
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, housekeeping, repairs, etc.
