Description

  • Method Development: Develop and optimize analytical methods for testing pharmaceutical products, ensuring accuracy, precision, and reliability in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Method Validation: Perform validation of analytical methods in accordance with ICH guidelines, ensuring methods are suitable for their intended purpose and meet regulatory standards.
  • Instrumentation Handling: Operate and maintain laboratory instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and other analytical equipment, ensuring calibration and proper functioning.
  • Sample Analysis: Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using validated methods to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
  • Data Documentation: Accurately document all analytical procedures, test results, and method validations in lab notebooks and electronic data management systems, ensuring traceability and audit readiness.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with relevant regulatory guidelines (FDA, EMA, etc.), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Collaboration with R&D: Work closely with Research and Development (R&D) teams to provide analytical support during formulation development and process optimization.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify and troubleshoot issues with analytical methods or equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and accurate results.
