Description

Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Perform analytical testing and ensure compliance with industry standards, including GMP and regulatory guidelines.
Analyze and interpret data from laboratory tests, generating accurate and reliable reports.
Ensure the proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Control and Production, to resolve analytical issues and support product development.
Review and approve analytical data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability.
Participate in the preparation of validation protocols and reports for new processes and methods.
Maintain proper documentation of all analytical activities in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Train and mentor junior lab staff on analytical techniques and lab best practices.
Stay current with developments in analytical methods, technologies, and industry standards to enhance laboratory processes.
