Description
- Conducts analytical method development, validation, and optimization for raw materials, intermediates, and finished pharmaceutical products.
- Performs routine and non-routine analysis using techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, FTIR, and other analytical instruments.
- Prepares and reviews analytical reports, method validation protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Supports stability studies by analyzing samples as per ICH guidelines and preparing stability reports.
- Collaborates with R&D, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure seamless development and transfer of analytical methods.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to instrumentation, methods, or sample analysis.
- Ensures adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintains proper documentation of all analytical activities, ensuring accuracy and traceability as per regulatory standards.
- Participates in the qualification, calibration, and maintenance of analytical instruments to ensure operational reliability.
- Stays updated with advancements in analytical technologies and regulatory guidelines to improve lab efficiency and compliance.
