<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations of the Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) ensuring timely and accurate results.</li><li>Plan, supervise, and execute analytical method development, transfer, and validation projects.</li><li>Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines in all laboratory activities.</li><li>Review and approve analytical data, reports, and documentation generated by ADL staff.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and evaluate ADL scientists and laboratory personnel for technical competence.</li><li>Coordinate with R&amp;D, QC, QA, and Production teams to support product development projects.</li><li>Manage laboratory resources, instrumentation, calibration, and maintenance schedules.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li>Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and report progress to senior management.</li><li>Support regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections with ADL-related data and documentation.</li></ul>
