<ul><li>Assist patients with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral care.</li><li>Aid in feeding and nutrition assistance for patients who require help.</li><li>Support patients with mobility, such as helping them get in and out of bed, chairs, or transport to different areas within the facility.</li><li>Assist with toileting, ensuring comfort and hygiene.</li><li>Oversee and, where necessary, assist patients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral care.</li><li>Ensure that patients’ grooming and hygiene needs are met in a dignified and respectful manner.</li><li>Coordinate and support patient care teams in the delivery of ADL services.</li><li>Assist patients with mobility, including helping them move safely in and out of bed, chairs, and other areas of the facility.</li><li>Ensure safe transfer practices are followed to prevent injury to both patients and staff.</li><li>Provide support for patients in walking or using mobility aids, promoting independence whenever possible.</li></ul>
