Description
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate and timely recording of all transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including preparing and filing VAT, GST, and income tax returns.
- Liaise with external auditors to ensure proper audit procedures and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost control and financial optimization.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, highlighting key areas for improvement.
