Description
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts in accordance with company policies
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval for expenditures
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting, providing input for financial planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and receipt of funds
