Description

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
Record financial transactions accurately in the general ledger and maintain supporting documentation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with department heads to develop accurate projections.
Monitor budget variances and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns, including sales tax and income tax filings.
Assist in tax planning strategies and respond to tax inquiries and audits.
Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, ratio analysis, and trend analysis, to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and reconciliations as needed.
