Location - Andheri West, Mumbai
Provide comprehensive assessment and management of critically ill patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), including those with respiratory failure, septic shock, multiorgan failure, acute myocardial infarction, and other complex medical conditions.
Conduct thorough initial evaluations, including medical history, physical examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests, to determine the underlying etiology and severity of patients' conditions and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
Initiate and manage advanced life support interventions, including airway management, mechanical ventilation, hemodynamic monitoring, vasopressor support, renal replacement therapy, and other critical care procedures, as needed.
Coordinate interdisciplinary care and collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, including nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, nutritionists, and consultants, to optimize patient care outcomes and ensure continuity of care.
Participate in daily rounds, case discussions, and interdisciplinary team meetings to review patient progress, discuss treatment plans, and adjust management strategies based on clinical assessments and response to therapy.
