Package : As per company standard & Location, Experience.
Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders, and other psychiatric conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations, patient history, and evidence-based practices, incorporating a combination of psychotherapy, psychopharmacology, and other therapeutic interventions.
Provide psychotherapy services using various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), interpersonal therapy, and supportive therapy, tailored to the needs of each patient.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, including antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anxiolytics, and stimulants, to address symptoms and improve overall functioning, while monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
Collaborate with other members of the treatment team, including psychologists, social workers, psychiatric nurses, and case managers, to coordinate care, develop treatment plans, and ensure continuity of care for patients.
Participate in case conferences, treatment planning meetings, and clinical supervision sessions to review cases, discuss treatment strategies, and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
