Description

Require for a 100 bedded multi-specialty hospital, Its a NABH hospital and running well in Haldwani city.
Salary offer will be good.
Provide expert consultation, evaluation, and management of patients with acute and chronic kidney diseases, electrolyte disorders, hypertension, and related conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Perform thorough medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations, including laboratory tests, imaging studies, and renal biopsies, to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines, patient preferences, and multidisciplinary input, including pharmacologic interventions, dialysis modalities, and renal replacement therapies.
Monitor and manage patients undergoing hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, kidney transplant evaluation, and post-transplant care, collaborating with transplant surgeons and other specialists as needed.
Lead and participate in multidisciplinary rounds, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient care outcomes, enhance clinical pathways, and ensure adherence to best practices.
