Description

Desired Profile: Candidate with DM/DrNB who can handle the department independently.
Provide expert consultation, evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, valvular heart disease, and congenital heart defects.
Perform and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies, including electrocardiograms (ECGs), echocardiograms, stress tests, cardiac catheterization, and cardiac MRI/CT scans, to accurately diagnose cardiac conditions and formulate treatment plans.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines, patient history, diagnostic findings, and patient preferences, including medication management, interventional procedures, and surgical interventions.
Perform interventional cardiology procedures, such as cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stenting, and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), with precision and expertise.
Diagnose and manage cardiac arrhythmias, including implantation of pacemakers, implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICDs), and cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) devices.
Evaluate and manage heart failure patients, including medical therapy optimization, device therapy, and consideration for heart transplantation or mechanical circulatory support.
